Huntwise, Inc. dba MOJO Outdoors® warrants this product to be from original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase, subject to the limitations set forth herein. This Mojo warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (original sales receipt) at the time warranty service is requested. No additional warranty “registration” is required. Please include a complete description of the problem, your name, address, telephone number, and a copy of the original proof of purchase. All transportation, insurance, and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If an original defect is found by us, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear; (b) asserted defects caused by modification, unauthorized service, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or acts of Nature; (c) asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments.
Should the defects not be deemed to meet Warranty requirements, MOJO® will charge a reasonable repair or replacement charge plus return shipping. However, MOJO® will repair any MOJO® Duck Decoy returned with either a reusable motor or decoy body for a charge not to exceed $30.00, plus return shipping. The charge for remote models is $50.00
This Mojo warranty supersedes all other warranties, written, expressed, or implied. Effective: January 2, 2006

I purchased a Mojo Dove to use this year and found that the battery pack simply fell out of the decoy. Unfortunately we were unable to find it in the dove field – is there any way to receive a replacement?
